And while information is critical to providing quality service, we recognize that one of our most important assets is our customers trust. Thus, the safekeeping of customer information is a priority for the Banks.

We use customer information to protect and administer your records, accounts, and funds; to comply with certain laws and regulations; to help us design or improve our products and services; and to understand your financial needs so that we can provide you with quality products and superior service.

We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:
Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
Information about your transactions with us, or affiliates, or others;
Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency;
Information submitted by you during your visits to our website; and
Information from third parties to verify information you have given us.

Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties
We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law. When we do provide customer information to a third party, we will insist through a written agreement, that the third party adheres to privacy principles similar to those to which the Banks adhere to for keeping this information confidential.

Our Maintenance of Accurate Information
We continually strive to maintain accurate information about you and your accounts. Should you ever believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information, please notify us. We will investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies.

Security Procedures
We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safe-guards that comply with federal standards to guard your non-public personal information. We educate our employees about the importance of confidentially and client privacy through our internal policies and procedures and training programs. We do not disclose any non-public information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Internet and Online Banking Security
We take seriously our obligation to protect the confidentiality of information provided by our online banking customers and web site visitors. Our goal is to protect your confidential information no matter how we receive it; over the phone, at our branches, through our ATMs, or online.

When visiting our web site you can learn about our products and services, find the branch nearest you, and read our shareholder information without giving us any information about yourself. The Banks do not automatically collect personal information from visitors to their web sites.

The Banks use "cookies," which are pieces of information that a web site stores on a visitor's web browser to remind the site if the visitor pays a return visit. These "cookies" are used to provide you with a personalized visit to our web site, saving some of your previously selected preferences. Additionally, we use "cookies" to establish the identity of authorized users of our online banking product. The Banks will obtain personal information only if you volunteer it such as by submitting email, an application, a product request or using our Online Banking services. Any information that you provide will be kept confidential.

The Banks have now implemented two-factor authentication for online banking and financial transactions. Two-factor authentication helps to ensure your information is secure by protecting you from fraud at the Banks, rather than at a phony look-alike site. Secondly, you can ensure that we also recognize you as the true owner of your account because two-factor authentication helps us verify your identity with your chosen image and image description. If we don't recognize your computer, we'll ask you one of your challenge questions as an additional line of defense against unauthorized access to your accounts.

Maintaining Accurate Information
Keeping your account information accurate and up to date is very important. We have procedures in place to help assure that your financial information is accurate, current and complete. We also have procedures to respond to your requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner. If you ever find that our records are incomplete, inaccurate or not current, in Nevada please call (775) 853-8600 and in California please call (916) 787-1900 and request to speak to the Operations Manager of your Branch.

Our Privacy Commitment to You
The Banks value their relationships with you. We want you to understand how we use the information that you provide and our commitment to ensuring your personal privacy. If you have any questions about how the Banks protect your confidential information, we invite you to call Sheryl Rogers, our Financial Privacy Officer at (775) 853-8600.
